After working together with Liz, the event coordinator at Norfolk Botanical Gardens, at a wedding last fall I knew that the Botanical Gardens was not only a gorgeous venue but a venue that was run by hardworking and caring individuals. We worked together through a hurricane and all of their employees worked as a team. They kept communicating to each other throughout the entire night.
Earlier this year Liz contacted me and told me that I became one of their preferred vendors! As a local Wedding Photographer, I was ecstatic and could not thank her enough! That is why we decided to get a real couple together and photograph them at Botanical Gardens. They happened to be celebrating their third wedding anniversary so it could not have been more perfect.
The bride happens to be Katelyn, from Haddy Ever After Events and is also a preferred wedding planner for the Botanical Gardens! They both seemed as in love as ever! From making each other laugh to sweet kisses on the cheek, I got to know them more as a couple. We of course bonded over chatting about our puppies, and it turns out they have this weird kissing game with their dog just like I do with mine. (It’s really not that weird if you have a fur baby… Just read more about it here.)
Congratulations on your third wedding anniversary, Katelyn and David! I wish you many years of love and continued happiness!
