Kacee and Ryan showed up to their engagement session in bright colors, to match the Norfolk Arts District, and with their adorable puppy Marley! Everyone knows that I am sucker for dogs so I always love when we include your fur babies into your engagement session for a little while! Just look at my puppy Foster, he gets an entire page on my website! Kacee and Ryan were full of laughter, flirting with each other, hugging and even some beard pulling, which involved a lot more laughter! They are such a fun couple to be around and as they told me more and more about their wedding day, I wanted it to be August already!
After Kacee changed into a gorgeous gold formal dress, with her vans still on her feet, we walked down one of the alley’s in the Art District. There we found a brick wall painted in a heart mural and I learned about Kacee and Ryan’s matching tattoos. After Ryan proposed to Kacee on vacation they both got tattoos of the coordinates of their proposal! Ryan’s is on his chest and Kacee’s is on her forearm, which you will see in some of their portraits! I had so much fun with Kacee and Ryan and I got to know the two of them so well! I learned how playful they are towards each other, affectionate, and how they can make each other laugh at the drop of a hat! This is why I love engagement photography sessions so much, because I get learn more about them and I get to see what I do that makes them comfortable and genuine in their portraits! Congratulations Kacee and Ryan, I can not wait until your August wedding day!
