Monica & Kyle choose to get married at Holiday Inn & Suites because it was close to the location where they met for the very first time. That was also the same place that Kyle took Monica one evening to propose to her. Five years later, they walked along the beach and decided to stop and spontaneously climb one of the lifeguard stands, or so Monica thought. They reminisced about their relationship taking in the view of the waves, and then Kyle dropped down to one knee, pulled out a gorgeous ring & asked Monica to spend the rest of their lives together. Knowing this about Monica & Kyle I felt it was important to ask them if they would like to climb on top of the lifeguard stand again and have a few moments to themselves. Many of their important memories happened on the beach & on a lifeguard stand, I felt this could be a great opportunity to give them another special memory to cherish forever. Wedding days go by in the blink of an eye & I was humbled to give them those few moments together.
Monica & Kyle are both very family oriented which you could see throughout the day in the way they wanted to be surrounded by their family. Monica had nine bridesmaids & five of them were her sisters! While Kyle got ready with his groomsmen they uncorked a bottle of wine that his family member bottled on the day & year that Kyle was born. His family saved it for a special moment & I think his wedding day was the perfect reason to open it!
Their wedding day was filled with so much joy & celebration from each other & all of their guests. The ceremony was followed by their dance-filled reception, with a bouquet/garter toss dance that you have to see! Congratulations Monica & Kyle!
